Let a mist of peace descend upon the earth.
Let it envelop every being, penetrating each so deeply and so completely.
Let it soothe every aspect of mind and body.
Let it absorb every hurt, every wound, every sorrow, every doubt, every fear, every distrust, every anger, every rage, every hatred, every confusion there has ever been and turn it into rain
Let this rain fall afresh on each one and in each one, watering the fragile shoots of love that were planted before time
Let the rain flood the rivers of life and their tributaries in our minds and in our bodies and throughout the earth so that all of life becomes an untameable forest of love
A love forest and we its natural dwellers.
For only in peace can we know love
May we know love today and always.

It is highly personalized and uses a body-centred phenomenological (lived experience rather than theoretical) approach and draws on mindfulness and reflective practices.
