When ugliness seeps into the paintings on my walls
When anger sweeps coldness across the floor
When the air is stretched to snapping by catapults of hate
When so much is wrong
Hope arrives
with fresh barrels of soothing breezes
lifting the wounded spirit
into the sky of
smiling graces
There to see with fresh eyes
Then to return with deeper understanding
of why love must spill over
and create an uncontainable mess
Interested in Mentoring?
EACH MONTH, I work with a small number of people (about 6) in a mentoring capacity. It is highly personalized and uses a body-centred phenomenological (lived experience rather than theoretical) approach and draws on mindfulness and reflective practices. If this sounds interesting to you, you can find out more here.
