Accept yourself unconditionally, every bit of you.
Allow yourself to explore and express more and more of all that you are.
Forgive all instantly. Better yet, do not judge anything or anyone.
Enjoy and celebrate rather than judge favorably.
Accept rather than judge unfavorably and Intend what feels good.
Commit to keeping your mind peaceful at all times.
Dedicate time each day to encountering your true nature through meditation.
Set goals as an expression of your limitless, delighted SELF and not to enslave/discipline yourself, prove yourself, or improve yourself for such an imperfect, incomplete, unworthy and disempowered self is but a creation and projection of a conditioned mind lacking SELF-AWARENESS.
Do not measure your success or failure by outcomes but by how peacefully and joyously and freely you engage in something. Better yet, do not measure at all but simply observe, celebrate, accept and intend what feels good.
Do not compare past with present, yourself with others. Instead, observe, celebrate, accept and intend what feels good.
Take nothing personally, neither good nor bad.
Attribute everything to the Source, Love, Life while exercising your role as its unique, irreplaceable, complete and unseparated expression.
Do not be concerned with ‘how’ things will happen. Be concerned with ‘what’ feels good and let these good feelings guide you.
Understand that what you give attention to is what you experience, for better or for worse.
Above all, commit to experiencing your true nature and placing your complete trust in it.
Interested in Mentoring?
EACH MONTH, I work with a small number of people (about 6) in a mentoring capacity. It is highly personalized and uses a body-centred phenomenological (lived experience rather than theoretical) approach and draws on mindfulness and reflective practices. If this sounds interesting to you, you can find out more here.
