At some point today, I want to
enjoy
reading more about the ‘hidden wholeness‘
visiting Krista Tippet’s website
paying a bill I would rather not have to pay
being thrilled by a completely new idea and taking a step or two in its direction
designing that form that I know I must design even though I don’t feel like it
creating a meal using the ingredients that I have
watering the plants and spending a little time in the garden
taking Bonnie for a walk
writing a few posts for my blog that would excite and inspire me
watching Inspector George Gently
thinking of the 2 young Australian men in a Bali prison and sending angels to look after them and their families and all their fellow inmates and prison staff and the Indonesian people and their president and their government and our Prime Minister and our government and our people and all the people in the world and all the other inhabitants of this planet and of the entire universe
doing the laundry
listening to classical music
sitting meditation
walking meditation
exercising meditation
rehearsing for my gig
a little nap
exploring how the word ‘violence’ might help me uncover the hidden wholeness
At some point today
I know I will enjoy these and many other things
because I’m already enjoying them as I think about them 🙂
Interested in Mentoring?
EACH MONTH, I work with a small number of people (about 6) in a mentoring capacity. It is highly personalized and uses a body-centred phenomenological (lived experience rather than theoretical) approach and draws on mindfulness and reflective practices. If this sounds interesting to you, you can find out more here.
