Recognizing the body as the site of truth, awareness, and transformation in every human experience — especially the ones that challenge us most

Every experience begins in the body.
A heaviness in the chest may be called sadness by one person, fear by another.
A hollowing in the solar plexus may be named abandonment or failure.
But before the story, before the label—the body already knows.
Too often, we try to think our way out of difficulty and siffering.
The mind matters—but it can only guide us well, when it is informed well, by something deeper.
And it is precisely in our most painful and pressing moments that the body calls us back—to where truth is still given, prior to habit, conditioning, and narrative.
This approach is grounded in my current research in Philosophy – specifically Phenomenology, as developed by Maurice Merleau-Ponty – and shaped by over 20 years of teaching, guiding, and facilitating practices in mindfulness and spiritual journeying.
It is not theoretical.
It is a return to lived experience—
to the body as the site of transformation.
And it is not for everyone.
But if you are drawn to deep, sustained, and highly personalised inner work—
integrating philosophy, meditation, and body-based awareness and regulation—
it may be for you.
I work with a small number of clients each month (maximum 6),
for a minimum commitment of 6 weeks.
Alongside guided sessions, you will learn practices that support ongoing clarity, regulation, and transformation in your daily life.
If you think that this might be for you, please get in touch by completing this form.
If we both decide that we are a good match and I feel I will be genuinely able to help you, we will proceed.
If not, I shall let you know of other options that you might pursue.
In the meantime, if you’d like to join my mailing list, please complete this form.
Interested in Mentoring?
EACH MONTH, I work with a small number of people (about 6) in a mentoring capacity. It is highly personalized and uses a body-centred phenomenological (lived experience rather than theoretical) approach and draws on mindfulness and reflective practices. If this sounds interesting to you, you can find out more here.
