When I stopped letting fear rule my life, something deeper began to lead. Not overnight—but through practice, presence, and listening deeply to the body. Grounded in philosophy and phenomenology, and shaped by science, cognitive psychology, and years of meditation practice and teaching, my work brings these worlds into lived experience. But the deepest knowing came more quietly: through gentle, non-judging attention to what is already here. The body - in its relation with the world - is where transformation happens.
