Don’t let the Ego trick you into thinking that your desire to feel good is a selfish or self-serving thing. That only has (false) meaning if you see yourself as a separate entity/being. And that, of course, is how the Ego sees.
But if you see yourself truly, as you truly are, then you see that you are intimately ONE with all else. In this insight, feeling good is the most loving way you could be. Any actions that come out of this loving state of being can only serve the good of all.
Interested in Mentoring?
EACH MONTH, I work with a small number of people (about 6) in a mentoring capacity. It is highly personalized and uses a body-centred phenomenological (lived experience rather than theoretical) approach and draws on mindfulness and reflective practices. If this sounds interesting to you, you can find out more here.
