Start a Mindfulness Circle in Your Area Today!

That’s right!

With just 3 or more people, we can start a circle to practice the fundamental skills of Mindfulness Meditation and experience its immediate and life-changing benefits.

What are these fundamental skills?

Non- attachment

In the process, we experience the many benefits of the practice as the brain and the body get rewired and as the mind strengthens and deepens in Self- Awareness (the door to Freedom from all suffering/struggle/neediness…).

What are some of these benefits?

Healing in body and mind

Less stress and enhanced ability to manage habitually stressful situations

Greater self-acceptance and self-love

Greater acceptance of and love for others

Greater willingness to accept all situations while aligning ever more closely with the natural creative impulse and inspiration to change (Paradox? No…just getting in touch with the Real!)

Greater sense of freedom, power and possibility even in apparently ‘impossible’ situations

Being at peace with whatever experiences arise, no matter how awful – this is true power and freedom

Becoming very familiar with the nature of the conditioned mind and cultivating the skills to overcome its addictive behaviors and subtle manipulations

Discovering your true nature, that which you have always been, realizing the empowering and liberating truth that there is nothing you can do to improve it, damage it or surpass it

and so much more….

In short, Mindfulness practice is the practice of learning to be

Happy and Peaceful NO MATTER WHAT!

Don’t you want that?

Get in touch. I’ll come to your area and teach and guide once a week. It is my intention to start many, many more circles in Brisbane up to 15 km from the CBD.

Let’s really make the world a more peaceful, joyous, loving and just place for EVERYONE, beginning with each one of us!

Our Responsibility

To transform the world, we must begin with ourselves; and what is important in beginning with ourselves is the intention. The intention must be to understand ourselves and not to leave it to others to transform themselves or to bring about a modified change through revolution, either of the left or of the right. It is important to understand that this is our responsibility, yours and mine; because, however small may be the world we live in, if we can transform ourselves, bring about a radically different point of view in our daily existence, then perhaps we shall affect the world at large, the extended relationship with others.
